While each of us experiences well-being at work individually, it is still important to deal with matters related to it jointly at the workplace. Developing well-being at work together is inspiring and promotes the experience of inclusion. Legislation also directs employers to develop the workplace together with their employees.

Numerous studies and workplace development projects show that developing well-being at work pays off. Meaning, well-being at work and productivity can improve at the same time.
