Well-being at work

Promoting well-being at work is a co-operative effort. Well-being at work can be defined in different ways, for example: Well-being at work means safe, healthy and productive work, done by skilful and competent employees and work communities in a well-managed organisation. Work is seen as meaningful and important. Work supports other aspects of life.
